Frankenmuth Bible Church is looking for a Students Pastor to join their team. This person will be responsible for leading and overseeing the FBC Student Ministry (which consists of both Junior and Senior High School Students).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of lay leaders to effectively provide ongoing ministry to students (via Sunday night large group meetings, small groups, Bible studies, events/retreats, etc.)
- Partner with parents to intentionally engage in the discipleship of their children
- Oversee all ministry operations of The Grove (our dedicated Student Ministry facility in Frankenmuth)
- Recruit and train all new student leaders/counselors
- Maintain policies and procedures to provide a safe and secure environment for any/all students
Requirements:
- A vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- A deep passion for discipling students
- Alignment with the mission/vision of Frankenmuth Bible Church
- A humble/teachable spirit
- The ability to communicate with clarity and cast vision for the future of the ministry
- Some formal Christian education and/or occupational ministry experience is preferred
