Worship Leader

We want a Worship Leader who has a drive to help people take one step closer to Christ. Who
also has a desire to develop their God given talents to lead worship for MCC. Keep reading if

The basics:
? Thrive when leading, delegating, and organizing all things MCC Worship & Production
? Able to lead, teach, and grow staff and volunteers within their musical talents
? Bring creativity and inspiration to the Worship & Production team
? Able to inspire and motivate team members to give their best
? A team player, willing to have honest conversations to protect team unity and preserve
vision among both staff and volunteers
? Builds relationships with both staff and volunteers
The works:
? Reports to the Worship Pastor
? Works with the team on recruiting, training, building, scheduling, and communicating to
worship volunteers at MCC
? Responsible for worship and production equipment at 12 Points in coordination with the
Technical Production Director
? Responsible for implementation of songs, services, and stage design at 12 points.
? Oversee and assist in building the process of student worship & production system in a
manner that will build student leaders in their talents.
? Responsible for the implementation of the Worship and Production budget at 12 points.
? Continually seek inspiration regarding effective worship in the church setting
? Assist the Campus Pastor in helping people at 12 Points move one step closer to Christ by
building meaningful relationships
? Help with special events at 12 Points both in leadership and execution
