Calvary is searching for the right person to lead our youth and to fit with our team for the coming years. Calvary is a church with the most welcoming environment for people from any and every background. Our staff at Calvary is very much a family and we function as a team in almost every sense of the word, and yet each team member has clear job description and responsibilities within our operations.
We are looking for someone that loves teenagers and yet is willing to operate in other areas within the church. Those other areas not only include being a part of ministering to peoples needs outside of the youth ministry (pastoral care, hospital visits, outreach events, etc…), but also helping to execute other responsibilities day to day around the office and church facility (partially defined by a persons skill set).
We offer a salary ranging between $50,000-$60,000 depending on the experience and skills a candidate may bring to the table. We offer an in-house health insurance plan, we have a retirement matching option, and we offer three weeks of paid vacation annually. We also have housing possibilities if needed (temporary or long term) and we are willing to offer three months rent free so that you can focus on transitioning and getting settled (more about housing can be further explained).
The right candidate will also have the chance to grow and develop in leadership and ministry experience in a variety of areas beyond just youth ministry.
