Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to mobilize teams of leaders who build authentic Christ-sharing relationships with lost kids at a high school and a middle school campus. A Campus Life Director is employed by Youth For Christ and is a minister of the Gospel.

Qualifications:

  1. Committed and growing follower of Jesus Christ
  2. Bachelor’s degree or fulltime work equivalent
  3. Two or more years of fulltime youth ministry experience
  4. Passion for youth evangelism
  5. Proven leader who has exhibited ability to mobilize and empower teams
  6. Able to organize and manage multiple projects at a time
  7. Agreement with YFC’s statement of faith

Key Responsibilities

  1. Be trained in YFC's 3story evangelism and the Campus Life ministry strategy.
  2. Recruit and lead teams of leaders for each school. Start with five for each and grow to 10 or more.
  3. You and teams regularly execute RMAs(relational ministry activities) at your schools (Campus Life).
  4. You and team build authentic Christ-sharing relationships with teenagers.
  5. Be a YFC Ambassador to schools, parents, partners, churches and the community at-large.
  6. Play key role in funding our mission.
  7. Help create the YFC culture amongst our team.
  8. Complete YFC credentialing (training).
  9. Recruit support volunteers for office support, fundraising events and other YFC activities.
  10. Complete all ministry reports for your schools.
  11. Whatever needs to be done to move mission forward.
