Connections Pastor

Venture Church in Mill Creek, WA is looking for a full-time Connections Pastor at our Central Campus.

The Connections Pastor is responsible for overseeing our Guest Care Teams (Greeters, Ushers, Parking/Shuttle Crew, & Hospitality), Assimilation System, and providing pastoral care for families in their 30's/40's. This roles main aim is to move people from being first time guests to "owners" at Venture Church and all the connections points along the way. The Connections Pastor is tasked with creating a welcoming and exciting "front door" experience for everyone who attends a weekend service at Venture Church (but especially our guests). The Connections Pastor’s passion will be for each person to find their place at Venture and experience intentional spiritual growth in community.

5. Administrative skills & attention to detail

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in ministry or related field

3+ years of experience in a pastoral or ministry leadership role (preferrably in a large church context)
