The associate youth pastor will assist in planning, organizing, and leading youth experiences at Rolling Hills Church while building and developing a team of leaders who will expand and grow our ability to effectively reach youth in our area.
You're a leader. You are confident God has given you skills and talents to lead leaders and love students, and you're looking for the right place to use your gifts and chase your passion to see students lives transformed by Christ. So, why could Rolling
Hills be the right place to bring your skills to life? Because we're not looking for an associate youth director/pastor to fill a gap, we're looking for a leader to empower. And we might be looking for you.
At Rolling Hills Church, youth is resourced and equipped to reach students. We are creating intentional moments each week through Watch Parties, moments that lead to a United Night each month where students experience powerful worship and life transforming
messages. The responsibility of Associate Youth Pastor is to lead leaders and students to have Take Home Faith, equipping and empowering students to live out their faith not just in the 1 hour they are at church but in the 167 hours they aren't. If you agree,
you could be what we are looking for.
