This individual will develop and oversee the discipleship systems from cradle through high school and to their families.

The individual should have experience leading others, teaching, event planning and interpersonal communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead, direct and organize ministries to families.
Develop and/or plan curriculum for Pre-K to High School.
Partner with families in the spiritual development of their children.
Oversee and develop volunteer leaders
Connect family ministries into the overall life of the church.
Work to create, develop and install mission and vision for the family ministry.
Organize family activities
Intentionally grow in your leadership and faith.
Get involved in the community. Ex. Volunteer, rec sports, community groups etc.
Provide pastoral care to families and young people
Maintain and be accountable with ministry budgets.
Takes a "how can I help" approach to ministry, assisting in other areas of church ministry in accordance with the needs of the church and the gifts of the individual as directed by the Pastor.
