Ministry Philosophy: Appleton Alliance Church is a Bible-based Church that embraces a discipleship-based ministry philosophy. Appleton Alliance pastors and staff follow the following ministry team values:

Ministry Team Values:

  1. Reaching lost people drives everything we do.
  2. Our measure of “success” will be conversions, spiritual growth and maturity, and the completing of the Great Commission.
  3. We will strive to stay relevant with a minimum amount of bureaucracy and a never ending focus on excellence.
  4. We will never lose sight of our vision.
  5. We will think, plan, and minister with a sense of urgency.
  6. We will think together as a team. Tunnel vision and turf wars will not be tolerated!
  7. We will have a towel over our arms at all times…a positive attitude of joyful, humble service towards each other and the people we serve in and outside the church.
  8. We will keep short accounts (conflict will not be allowed to simmer).
