Wake Forest Campus - Student Pastor

Crossroads Fellowship is seeking to hire a creative and organized leader who has a vision for taking our Wake Forest Campus Student Ministry to the next level.  This campus is about 1,200 in total attendance, and this role is the middle and high school pastor (7-12th grade) for the entire campus.  This candidate will have a track record of successful volunteer team building and experience leading a healthy student ministry.  This candidate will operate within the campus staff and the broader multi-church staff to maintain a one church in multiple locations vision.  This position is part of our senior leadership team and will report to the Next Gen Pastor.  It is a full time (40+ hours) salaried role. 

The position is structured with...

• 45% Volunteer and student development, recruitment, coordinating, and relationship building
• 25% Student programming, creative development, and leadership presence
• 15% Communication, sermon preparation, organizational systems
• 15% Staff meetings, other responsibilities

The work week is typically Sunday to Thursday.  This campus student pastor role is expected to attend and contribute to Global Student Team meetings, Next Gen / Family Department team meetings, plus the All Staff and Senior Leadership Team structure.  The student pastor is also expected to visit local schools and small groups regularly, attend sports games, and student events at schools and in the community.
