For the past 2 decades, Fellowship Bible Church of Batesville (FBCB) has celebrated a wonderful Kingdom impact not only in the Batesville area, but around the globe as they have obediently served both across the street and across the world.
FBCB is seeking their next Lead Pastor who, through the leading of the Holy Spirit, will be committed to moving FBCB toward their mission and continued impact in the years to come through a life of prayer, dynamic teaching and shepherd leadership. The Elder Board and Leadership Team have a long history of supporting and working collaboratively with the lead pastor to further the goals of reaching the world for Christ.
The Lead Pastor will provide spiritual leadership and direction of the church, including preaching, teaching, and developing future leaders. The Lead Pastor will work collaboratively with the Elder Board in establishing and carrying out the vision for the church; and directing & working with the staff to provide operational oversight of the ministries of the church.
REQUIREMENTS
• Ordained by a recognized and reputable denomination or church organization.
• Minimum of three years pastoral leadership experience
• MDiv (or equivalent) preferred.
