Youth Pastor

Located just outside of OKC, Jones, Oklahoma is a small town with the big city right next door. Jones Assembly (JAG) is a modern multi-generational church poised to reach our community for Christ. 

We are searching for a youth pastor who will lead our youth in a closer walk with God through discipleship, connection and outreach. Someone that will be led by the Holy Spirit in all aspects of ministry. 

• Candidates need to be willing to work hard, be a self starter, creative or be willing to surround yourself with creative people.
• Must have a servant's heart and willing to help in all aspects of church life.
• Must be a dedicated team player, good communicator and have a strong work ethic.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with various leaders in the community and schools.
• Ability to connect with and relate to young people by earning their respect and trust
• Excellent organization and supervision skills
• Plan opportunities for outreach, missions trips and other activities outside the church. 
• Attend youth camp and convention each year
• Participate and contribute in the over all church life of JAG. 

JAG Youth has outstanding facilities including a large youth room, gymnasium and fellowship center. Housing is provided as part of the salary package.
