First Baptist Church of Allegan, Mi is looking for someone to lead a congregation of 250-300 in weekly worship. This can be either a part or full time position. The job description for a part time position will focus entirely on leading worship. The job description for a full time position will include additional responsibilities based on personal gifting and ministry needs.
