Staff Role (10%)
- Personally following Jesus in a growing relationship
- Reaching the lost personally and within Real Life
- Aligned with the doctrine, vision, mission, and process of Real Life Spokane
- Supporting all ministries of the church
- Weekly staff meetings and collaboration with all campuses
Youth Connection (50%)
- Creating a high energy connected environment for students (6th - 12th grade) at the main (North) campus.
- We are in a rebuilding stage for our youth ministry. We need to figure out ways to create connection opportunities for students. In a time when young people are more disconnected than ever - we need fun engaging environments for students to connect with
Jesus and other students.
- Aligning the student ministry with the overall vision of Real Life - to reach the world for Jesus one person at a time.
- Organizing and planning camps and retreats and events for students to engage with.
- Recruiting and developing leaders to invest relationally in students lives.
- Training students to engage in the mission at school and in Real Life.
- Creating places for students to serve and engage in the mission of Jesus.
Collaboration with all Campuses (25%)
- Teaming up with other campuses to help launch youth ministries as we plant more churches.
- Learning from all the Real Life family of churches and receive coaching from Real Life Post Falls youth pastors.
- Engaging in a city wide strategy to reach every student in the Spokane region.
Other Coordination Roles (15%)
- Shepherding// Small group leadership, development, and multiplication
- Chasing after people who are missing, group members or leaders
- On Sunday’s, moving people from Weekends to Youth Connection
- Moving students from Youth Connection events to Groups and to Sundays
