Pastor of Worship, Arts, & Media (senior-level staff position)
Salary Package:
Salary range is between $60,000-$70,000 depending on experience
Plus Health Insurance (100% coverage for staff member & 60% coverage on family)
Summary & Experience:
We are a church primed for explosive growth. We have a new Senior Pastor with a big vision for “making as many disciples as possible”! We are looking for a Worship Pastor with a heart to build and lead people into a lifestyle of worship and joyfully expressing their love for the Lord as we gather for our worship service. We have a progressive style of worship in a large church setting (600+ with expectation of significant growth). Our pastor has a desire for our worship service to be a multigenerational worship service with an emphasis on the next generation. We are looking for an innovative and creative worship pastor with a heart for people. The ideal candidate should be versatile with an ability to lead a large worship team, vocal teams (30-40 vocal team/modern worship choir), several worship leading vocalist (ensemble), band (including orchestra style instruments), and our media department (sound, lights, video, stage design, website, social media, etc.). Knowledge & expertise in ProPresenter, Planning Center, Live Streaming, Band & Orchestra leadership, Social Media & Website Management, Large and/or Multi-site Ministry is strongly preferred.
Education:
Although not mandatory, preference is given to applicants with Music and/or Worship Education. Theological Training/Seminary is a plus!
Basic Job Requirements:
-Build and lead an environment of multigenerational worship with an emphasis on the next generation
-Shepherd and develop musicians, vocalists, and media teams as to create a compelling worship service on a weekly basis
-Manage worship and media budget
-Work with the Senior Pastor to build and produce an exciting and inspiring contemporary worship service
-Be able to work as a team player with the church leadership team to accomplish our vision and strategy
-Recruit, train, and develop volunteers and leaders with the worship, arts, and media ministries
-Set annual goals for our worship ministries in correlation with our annual church goals and our church vision
-Work with our Executive Pastor in the usage of our worship related facilities when needed (church, school, events, etc.)
-Being able to network and work with our Christian School as needed per our church leadership’s request
-Be open and available to take on additional assigned responsibilities as our church grows and ministries develop as assigned by the Senior Pastor

-We are a multigenerational church with a desire to reach the next generation.
-During our 19 month senior pastor transition, we averaged 600-700 on Sunday mornings and we anticipate significant numerical growth again over the next few years.
-We have a Preschool-12th grade Christian Academy (Trinity Christian School). Under the new innovative leadership of our Head of School, Dr Greg Jones, we expect rapid growth and development.
