Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree from nationally accredited school
- Master’s degree from a nationally accredited seminary or equivalent
- Desire to enlist, equip and empower volunteers for ministry
- Experience in Communication/Digital Ministry
- Ability to develop and grow ministry
- Vision for a Disciple-Making church

Disciple-Making

- Collaborate with the team to refine and develop Disciple-Making resources
Digital Ministry
- Oversee the development and deployment of all online ministry (devotionals, Pastor’s Bible Study, testimonies)
- Optimize our digital presence through the website and social media
- Oversee all graphic design and development
Communication
- Keep the congregation fully informed about pertinent events and church news, acting as a conduit for information to be shared with the congregation and church staff.
- Consult with individual ministries concerning their communications and publications.
- Act as project manager on all media and communication activities, ensuring they are completed in a timely, accurate and presentable manner consistent with FBCM's vision and branding.
Online Worship
- Collaborate with senior pastor worship team to create an experience that translates online
- Facilitate all engagement in online worship with participants
- Develop and Implement key next steps to move online worship viewers to active engagement
Volunteer Engagement
- Volunteer Teams for graphic design, video, photography, social media, and live hosts
- Establish Partnership with MISD to use students training for A/V careers
