LifeBridge Church is a strategic partner to NorthPoint Community Church in Atlanta Georgia. Over the last two years LifeBridge has experienced exponitial growth especially in our Next Gen environments. This growth has led us to start a capitol campaign to expand our current campus to build a new facility for the next generation. With our deisre for people to know Jesus and love like Him, we are positioned to be the greatest influencer in our city. REPORTS TO: Lead Pastor

MISSION STATEMENT: To lead students know Jesus and love like Him by creating environments where students can…

• Prioritize their relationship with Christ
• Influence their friends
• Experience personal ministry

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prioritize and pursue his/her own relationship with Jesus Christ
• Be an engaging communicator, and be energized by teaching, casting vision, and leading students and volunteers.
• Leads Student environment on Sunday evenings
• Plan student events (camps, retreats, beach days etc.)
• Facilitates healthy team dynamics at LifeBridge
• Collaborates with group leaders and teaching team to set long term Sunday curriculum including input for:
  • content of Leader Guides for series
  • creative direction and ideas for environment programming
  • content of speaker notes
• Oversees Sunday programs by utilizing content from XP3
• Recruits, manages, trains, and schedules communicators for LifeBridge Students
• Leads Groups Directors to ensure continuity of message from 6^th-12^thgrade
• Oversees for Student Ministry Budget at LifeBridge
• Utilize individual gifts and talents (ex:  speaking, music, curriculum, writings, etc.)

 PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

• Has a strong commitment to personal time with God every day, and is committed to ongoing spiritual, personal, and professional growth.
• Have a positive disposition and a heart that is teachable.
• Is a relational leader who can develop others into leadership.
• Is fun and likes to have fun with the team. An extroverted personality will work great in this work environment.
• Has a good sense of humor and is able to laugh at themselves. 
• Has a history of strong friendships and is capable of developing new ones.

If we are successful, students will develop a faith of their own and be prepared for a lifetime of ministry & influence.
