3. Search Team will acknowledge receipt of application and send questionnaire after initial screening via E-MAIL ONLY 
4. Search Team will notify candidate in the event a telephone interview is requested
5. Search Team will notify candidate when references will be contacted prior to personal interview only
6. Search Team will notify candidate in the event a visit should be scheduled for an interview

Qualifications:

• Passion and heart for the active shepherding and discipleship the Church
• Demonstrated leadership for the church and theological discernment
• Proven ability to work with and maintain positive, loyal relationships with those inside and outside the church
• Self Motivated and able to take initiative and to multi-task
• MDIV preferred with minimum 5 years of experience

Responsibilities for all Fellowship Campuses:

• Responsible for the overall development and implementation of assimilation and discipleship programs across FCC from birth thru adult ministries

• With Lead Pastor and creative writing team develop and edit adult life group curriculum

• lead the pastoral care of the church and facilitate a church care structure using laymen
• Regularly collaborate and coordinate with staff from all 3 campuses to help cultivate ministry relationships to provide continuity in assimilation processes
