Summary: full salary, full benefits, residency for pastors, 1 and 2 year programs.   

  • Gain deep training and experience in pastoring people (teaching, praying, counseling, modeling, equipping, coaching).  
  • Gain deep training and experience in making disciples and multiplying churches.  
  • Gain deep training and experience in leading discipleship groups as well as overseeing and coaching discipleship group leaders.  
  • Gain deep training and experience in launching and leading outreaches.
