Associate Pastor of Next Gen Ministries

Grand Rapids First is seeking someone who has a passion and calling for the next generation. The position will serve as the Associate Pastor of Next Gen Ministries in a full-time capacity. The Next Gen Pastor will provide vision and leadership in all areas of the Next Generation Ministries; including 6^th-12^th grades, young adults, and young marrieds. This position will also serve as part of the pastoral team of Grand Rapids First supporting the vision of the Lead Pastor and the other ministries of the church.

Qualifications include:

• Approved Bible School or ministerial training (4-year college degree is preferred).
• Must meet or work towards all credentialing requirements with the Assemblies of God.
• Proficiency in public ministry (teaching and preaching)
• 4+ years pastoral/ministry experience
• Strong administrative background is preferred with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail and accountability for all ministry functions within portfolio.
