Who We Are:
Northland Church of Lake County is a place where everyone is welcome and everyone is wanted, a place "where strangers become friends and friends become family." You'll find a beautiful mix of amazing people - black, white, Hispanic, rich, poor, businessmen, addicts, millenials, retirees, and more.
We are a fast growing community - not through billboards but through relationships. In the past three years we have grown from around 75 to over 400 in weekly attendance, with another 30 percent increase in the past year.
We wear jeans and tee shirts and dive deep in the Scripture, moving book-by-book and and applying it to our daily lives. We are a family that takes Jesus seriously...and has a lot of fun doing so. :)

Our Soundtrack:
Bethel, Hillsong, Passion, Jesus Culture, Elevation, and some we've written in house. We also have a deep respect for tradition and regularly incorporate modernized hymns and the occasional piece of liturgy.
What We Are Looking For:
We have a fantastic and talented worship team with great hearts in search of a captain.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- an authentic, growing, passionate love for God and others
- expertise in their craft, both vocally and instrumentally
- a shepherd's heart with a desire to raise up and develop others, caring for each member in their respective journeys
- a fluency in Ableton, Propresenter, and Planning Center
- flexibilty
- a sense of humor
- a humble spirit, quick to take ownership of mistakes and even quicker to give away credit
- the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people
- a relentless curiosity and drive, always learning and always growing
- good taste in music :)
