Director for Youth and Young Adult Ministries

Northminster Presbyterian Church (https://northminster-atl.org), a well-established, traditional PCUSA congregation is seeking an energetic and creative full-time Director for Youth and Young Adult Ministries to serve in Roswell, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. The director’s responsibilities are three-fold:

• Build relationships with youth and young adults to help them grow deeper in their faith,
• In partnership with the Youth Committee, oversee and implement weekly programs and special events for youth and young adults,
• Recruit, equip, and provide ongoing support for youth and young adult volunteers.

Qualifications for this position include strong relational and organizational skills and the desire and skill to take a successful youth and young adult ministry to the next level. Interested candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and a few years of paid experience with youth and young adults.
