Our church is currently looking for a youth/associate pastor. We are an Assemblies of God church located 35 miles south of Indianapolis, Indiana. Currently our average Sunday attendance is 135 with youth attendance on Wednesday evening currently numbering around 8.
Three-year’s youth ministry experience is desired. Youth ministry will require half of the staff members time with the other half devoted to associate pastor duties including small groups, social media, and other administrative and pastoral responsibilities. Ability to recruit, train, and oversee volunteers a must. Computer, media, and musical skills are helpful but not required. Ministry credentials are required, Assembly of God credential preferred.
The salary range is low to mid $40’s, depending on experience.
