This full-time position is available for an enthusiastic and creative team player with pastoral calling to oversee the team leaders of children’s and youth ministries for a church of 150.
This includes Youth group, Kids Church, Royal Rangers, and Girls Ministries. These team leaders will report to the Family Life Pastor.
The Family Life Pastor will launch of a new young adults ministry and be called upon to lead in other areas as well.
The Family Life Pastor will also facilitate leadership with the team leaders of each of the above ministries while working with and reporting to the Lead Pastor.
