Job Description:

The Banning Campus has an opening for a part-time Children’s Director. The part-time Children’s Director will be responsible for overseeing the Nursey/Preschool, elementary and preteen areas. They will have proven leadership skills and understand the importance of working through leaders of teams to minister to as many kids as possible. They will also have proven administrative skills to oversee schedules and coordinate activities.

Possesses strong technical skills and the ability to learn and work with multiple platforms while considering new digital solutions for ongoing improvement.
A passion for children and must possess a clear conviction that all God’s people are to make disciples and seek to fulfill the Great Commission. Expertise in current children’s discipleship methods and models.
A team player that maintains a humble spirit and commitment to teamwork with other pastors, staff and church members.
Maintains appropriate discretion and confidentiality regarding personal information of the people of the community.
Responsibilities:
Network, recruit, train and support adult volunteers to lead all kids ministries.
Ensure that all kids environments are warm, safe, clean and fun for children of all ages.
Lead volunteer teams to prepare and execute excellent weekend, midweek and VBS services or programs for babies, toddlers, kids and preteens that make them want to come back every week.
