About Grace Community Christian Church

Grace Community Christian Church (GCCC) is a non-denominational church located at 3754 E. Service Road in Ceres, California.  GCCC was established in 1990 in the home of Pastor Wayne and Sue Unger.  As the congregation grew, services were moved to a local school auditorium.  Their vision for a permanent home for GCCC came to fruition in March 2000 when the first service was held in the new sanctuary of our new church building.  Since that time, under the prayerful leadership of two long term pastors, GCCC has flourished and is now debt free!

Our worship is a nice blend of traditional and contemporary songs and music enhanced by various instruments and vocals, ministering to our current congregation of 50 – 100 parishioners weekly.

We focus on ministries that impact lives for Christ:

  • Our largest outreach is Journey To Bethlehem, which is now in it’s 21st Each year 8000 – 10,000 people attend this outdoor staged event, reenacting the biblical journey leading to the birth of Christ.
  • Supporting various missionaries, both US and International.
  • Central hub for Operation Christmas Child.
  • Community outreach by participation in local events; ie. Ceres Street Faire, Hughson Arts & Crafts Faire, Love Ceres, assisting at local homeless shelter, etc.

GCCC is independent, we have no hierarchy, no headquarters that determine policy for us.  As a congregation we elect our leaders, support our ministries, decide where our mission money will go and, in every way, determine the direction of the church with the New Testament as our guide.  Our Mission: Love God, Love People, and Serve The World.
