The Pastor of Discipleship and Community is responsible to implement the vision of RRC to train disciples and equip members as disciple-makers. This role will oversee the ROAD WORK branch of ministry which comprises all biblical training across all ministries from kids to adults. Additionally, this associate pastor will utilize ROAD GROUPS as the primary engine of leadership training and member care for the church. As a pastor, this man will be devoted to regular prayer and ministry of the Word. As pastoral staff, this man will lead in caring for the regular spiritual and practical needs of the church. Restoration Road Church is a gospel preaching, Jesus-loving, Bible-believing Acts 29 Church. We gather in Snohomish, WA--the antique capital of the Pacific Northwest (30 miles north of Seattle)--in a 19th century building downtown. We are a young church in an old town, restored in Christ to restore through Christ.
