  • The city and surrounding Dallas area has something to satisfy almost every interest type.
  • The community has experienced rapid population growth over the past three decades. Our current population is estimated to be approximately 183,000 people.  In 1990 the population was 6,138 people, in 2000 it was 33,714, and in 2010 it was 116,989 people.
  • The suburbs around Frisco are also experiencing similar growth patterns.
  • Frisco was recently named the #1 place to live in America by Money Magazine.
  • The city has a diverse population, great public schools, and a strong local economy.

 

About Cornerstone Community Church (C3): 

  • We are a charismatic, Spirit filled Church affiliated with the Assemblies of God denomination.
  • We are an established Community Church that also has a Kids Day Out (pre-school) program.
  • Our Church also has established Children’s, Youth, and Worship Ministries.
  • The current attendance in our Sunday service is approximately 75 people.
  • We have two excellent locations within the “original” parts of Frisco.
  • We believe… the Bible to be the only inspired, trustworthy and true, without error, Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
  • We believe… there is only one God who eternally exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19).
  • We believe… that acceptance of Jesus Christ and the corresponding renewal of the Holy Spirit are the only paths to salvation for lost/sinful men and women (John 3:16; John 5:24; Titus 3:7).
  • We believe… in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who lives within and guides Christians so they are enabled to live Godly lives (John 14:15-26; John 16:5-16; Ephesians 1:13-14).

 

Job Opening and Qualifications:

  • We’re prayerfully seeking the Senior Pastor that God will appoint for our Church.
  • This is a full time job position.
  • The Pastor should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The Pastor will need to be an Assemblies of God credentialed minister in good standing, or willing to immediately go through the process of becoming credentialed with the Assemblies of God denomination.
  • The starting salary will be approximately $55,000 per year.
