Communications Director

Mountain West Church is a growing, vibrant and multi-ethnic church in the east suburbs of Atlanta, Ga.  Our methods, music and teaching are current and relevant, and our average weekly attendance is 1250 across 3 Sunday services.  We are looking for someone who can oversee our media/graphic/video needs in addition to internal and external communications processes for our main campus, with plans to prepare us for campus expansion within the next year.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop brand consistency for all Mountain West media, print and video production.
• Develop the process for the flow of church communication (internal/external).
• Develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Develop and distribute all digital and printed materials church wide.
• Develop and deliver Sunday content. 
• Responsible for social media communication. 
• Responsible to oversee redesign and continual upkeep of MW’s website. 
• Responsible for managing and/or outsourcing videos on for promotional or worship service purposes.
• Perform other duties as requested. Take an active role as part of the ministry leadership team, participating in activities/needs outside the scope of your ministry.
• Recruit and develop teams of creatives to help envision and execute the vision for this ministry.
• To be available and willing to jump in and help when all-staff duties arise.
