Project Manager - Thrive Today Women's Ministry

The Project Manager assists in the execution phase of all Thrive Today Women's Ministry projects from request to completion. This person is also responsible for the tactical implementation of all campaigns. In addition, they will oversee project details and milestones.

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of Thrive Today.
• Create and executes work plans, assigning milestones, and revising as necessary to meet the timelines, changes, and requirements for all individual projects.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information and communicating to the Thrive Today Leadership Team.
• Ensure that proposals and marketing materials are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain complete project documents and archives related materials and communications for future usage.
• Plays a key role in the implementation of marketing campaigns for outreach strategies, events and other ministry needs.
• Manage all aspects of financials stewardship (accounting, budgets, spending, etc.)
• Negotiate with vendors and project owners to ensure best price alternatives are presented for all aspects of each project.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management
• 5+ years experience supporting a High Level Executive, serving church leadership and/or Project Management experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Budget management experience
• Proficiency with MAC and Outlook software environments
• Flexible schedule to work weekends and evenings
