This position will provide leadership and oversight to multiple areas of ministry at The Bridge Church with the primary focus being on youth and young families. This person will identify, connect with and develop leaders through relationship, communicating vision and delineating ministry responsibilities. This person will be a proven ministry builder who is able to train and equip leaders. They will also serve the people of The Bridge through personal ministry and care for them. The position is directly responsible to the Senior Pastor. This person must be an outstanding communicator who can share the teaching load on Sunday mornings, is transparent and real and can ultimately become our next Senior Pastor.

The Bridge Church was founded in December of 2006 with a launch team of thirty people who had the desire to share the Good News of Jesus by loving God and loving people. Since that time The Bridge has grown to a healthy congregation of around 900 in weekly attendance. In July of 2016 we moved into a newly renovated facility that seats 600 and are poised for greater impact in our community.
Alexandria, Kentucky is located 10 miles south of Cincinnati, Ohio where urban sprawl gives way to the gently rolling hills of the Bluegrass state. Our church is made up of people from a variety of church, and non-churched backgrounds. We believe the Bible is the infallible Word of God and in the active ministry of the Holy Spirit in the lives of God’s people.
