As a member of the Ministry Staff, the Children's Pastor will be responsible for providing leadership to the evangelistic & discipleship development of children alongside their families. The Children’s Pastor will give passionate leadership, administration, and direction for Sunday morning children’s worship (Kindergarten – 5th grade) and Nursery (newborn through 4K), Wednesday evening children's discipleship and seasonal events, such as Vacation Bible School (VBS). This ministry propels children on a fun and high-energy adventure with God where their faith grows as they develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This leader must have the ability to inspire, delegate, and build and maintain ministry teams. A successful candidate will value relationships and spiritual growth alongside the ministry team.
