POSITION SUMMARY
Leads execution for all weekend services and events at their campus. Supports Campus music pastor in creating weekend service programming at the campus. Delivers a well-planned and executed weekend by acting as a liaison with music pastor and production team. Manages campus production team through work direction, team leadership, coaching, and skill development (staff and volunteers). Reports to Executive Director of Brand Experience
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for implementing music pastor’s creative vision for weekend services through overseeing production elements (programming, staging, transitions, campus pastor spots)
QUALIFICATIONS
Work Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday. Must be available to work Student Ministries on Wednesday nights, rehearsals on Thursday evenings, and occasional evenings for special events. Expected to work 45+ weekends/year.

Eagle Brook Church is a multi-site church looking for a creative, strategic, and collaborative Campus Production Manager to join our Lino Lakes Campus team. This person will lead the production team to support and enhance the worship experience with the Music Pastor.
