Student Pastor

Crossroads is seeking to find a highly motivated, high energy person who has a call and passion for Students (6th - 12th grade).  This person needs to have the ability to preach and teach students effectively.  They must be able to relate to students on their level, but also provide strong leadership to volunteers and parents.  The youth group is currently averaging about 100 students on Wednesday night.  Crossroads is a family ministry church that has adopted the Orange Philosophy.  The candidate should be familar with the Orange Philsophy and being willing to lead with this model.  

The candidate should be able to recruit and train volunteers.  They should be able to organize and adminstrate the ministry from mutlple levels.  The candidate should be a team player willing to work on a large pastoral staff.

Please send resume, cover letter, testimony, call to ministry, and Philosophy of ministry.  BA in Religion or Youth Ministry is required.  Expencience in Youth ministry as a volunteer, part time or full time is also expected.
