Bear Valley Church of Lakewood, Colorado is seeking a Mobilization Pastor to lead our mission ministries (local, national, and global). The ministry is primarily “administrative leadership” (as opposed to teaching/preaching). This person will oversee the
missions’ budget, participate with the missions council and the missions grant team, and will organize the annual roster of short-term missions trips. In addition, this person serves as the staff liaison to several of the lay-led ministries of the church and
mobilizes members to join these lay-led ministry teams.
The starting salary for this position is $50,000 (plus health insurance, annuity, vacation)
