Position Overview: Lead a growing ministry of approximately 250-300 high school students, grade 9-12, in continued growth both spiritually and numerically, lead and build teams of volunteer servants from college age to adult, drive the disciple-making mission/vision of the overall church strategically among high schoolers to become disciples who love Jesus and make more disciples.
Responsibilities: Large group communicator/speaker, Team builder/leader, Build relationships with students and adults, Disciple-making DNA, Commitment to small groups and discipleship groups, Lead with vision, ability to lead worship a plus but not required, and other assigned responsibilities
Preferred position profile: prefer someone married, some experience, late 20’s-early 30’s, ministry degree, calling to student ministry, a leader who can manage vs. a manager trying to lead, strong relationally.
