Valley Church is hiring a worship leader who is passionate and gifted.  A leader with the desire and ability to lead worship for a large diverse group of seekers and believers.  We believe that God, through worship music, can transform lives.

About Valley:

    Valley Church is a growing church in the Des Moines area, with over 3,000 people in average attendance.  Valley Church just recently added its first satellite campus, Southview, and is in the final stages of completing our newest major facility, the Valley Community Center (http://valley-church.com/communitycenter) , as well as expanding our weekend services within two venues located on the main campus, the Chapel and the Main auditorium.  It is because of this growth we are hiring this worship position as well as searching for worship interns.

    Valley Church operates out of its mission of “Changing our lives, Changing our world, All through Christ.”   Our worship style is modern, songs from Hillsong, Paul Baloche, All Sons and Daughters, and others are all regularly used in worship.

A candidate who is...

• Passionate about Jesus and His mission.
• Someone who has a strong desire and knack to recruit and train volunteers.  
• Skilled on guitar, musical abilities on other instruments will be helpful.
• A creative thinker who enjoys giving ideas and putting them into action.  
• Detail oriented, organized, with an uncanny focus on managing and completing projects.   
• Experienced in building and leading multiple teams.
• A gifted leader and team player with a positive attitude, high energy and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Logic, ProTools, Ableton Live, Final Cut, ProPresenter a plus.
