At Gardendale-Mt. Vernon, our mission and ministry are defined and driven by our vision of growing more fully committed disciples of Jesus Christ. We feel that the way to do this is to restore the vital connections for which we were created, connections to Jesus, to other disciples, and to the world. These are reflected in our mission statement and form the standard by which we measure the effectiveness of our ministry both within our church family and throughout our community.
