Trinity Church is seeking an Adult Ministries Pastor to join our team. The church is located in a southern suburb of Minneapolis, MN. The city of Lakeville is a thriving city with the ideal combination of historic charm and modern convenience comprised of family-oriented neighborhoods, vibrant commercial and industrial businesses, and successful community partnerships. Encompassing 38 square miles, the community offers a well-balanced atmosphere of planned development and managed growth. Just a 30-minute drive to downtown Minneapolis, Lakeville combines a peaceful and safe atmosphere with the convenience of easy access to the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
Trinity Church has an approximate weekly engagement between 600-700, including one live service and our online worship experience. The Adult Ministries Pastor will join a team of 19 faithful staff members, including pastors and support staff, and work alongside the church elders to fulfill the mission to glorify God by loving Him and all people through obedience to His Word.
Trinity Church has a rich history of biblical teaching and preaching across Sunday morning and midweek ministries. The Adult Ministries Pastor will lead a team of passionate volunteers to continue developing and equipping mature followers of Jesus.
Trinity’s main goal is to make disciples, so our next Adult Ministries Pastor must have proven leadership skills in making disciples through every aspect of Adult ministry.
