systems while mentoring and building teams that thrive in excellence. Join us to craft meaningful Sunday services, advance our worship tech systems, and empower others to make a lasting impact for God’s kingdom.
The Director of Production and Worship Technology will work with our Worship Pastor, and exhibit the following:
Sound
- Expert knowledge of live sound, especially church live sound.
- Oversee sound each week in Cambridge
- Map, understand, and standardize the wiring and routing of the sound system in the building.
- Lead and build out the sound team by training others to run sound effectively.
Video
- Expert knowledge of church video production.
- Ensure a great video podcast
- Prep for IMag
- Run the livestream expertly.
- Lead and build out the video team.
Display
- Expert knowledge of pro-Pres.
- Run Pro Pres effectively.
- Lead and train the display team.
Lighting
- Expert knowledge of lighting, especially church lighting.
- Understand and standardize the lighting system in Cambridge.
- Expand lighting where necessary.
- Lead and train the team to run lighting system.
Production
- Lead Sunday live production.
- Advise on the planning and the production of Sunday.
- Train additional production assistants
