Westmont Presbyterian Church, a beautiful 100 year old church with 340 members, located on historic Luzerne St. in Johnstown, Pa is seeking a Director of Youth Education and Activities. Areas of responsibilities include managing and / or teaching: Sunday School Programs, Sunday Children's Chat and Teen & Youth Activities. Assisting with Confirmation Classes, Vacation Bible School and coordinating volunteers for these programs. Candidates should be persons of strong Christian Faith. Candidates with a BA or BS perferred. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. Candidates must be a self-starter, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and posssess the ability and knowledge to successfully interact with and relate to children and teens. Candidates must pass and provide all necessary background clearances required to work with children as determined by the State of Pennsylvania.
