The mission of The Tabernacle is to Love God, Love People and Make Disciples. "Tabernacle" is an antique name for church. We are a church with a storied history and a renewed vision. We are imperfect people who have been changed by God's love and grace, and we want to share it with others. The Greatest Commandment is to love God with all of our being. The second is to love others as we love ourselves. (Matt. 22:36-40). These two commandments summarize all of the instructions in the Bible. The Great Commission directs us to make disciples or share what we've been taught. Simply stated, we love God and we love people and make disciples.
