Bethel Church, established in 1892, is a vibrant, multigenerational, and multi-ethnic congregation centrally located in Mankato, Minnesota, adjacent to the Minnesota State University campus. With over 100,000 residents within a 15-mile radius, Bethel is a beacon of hope, passionately embracing our vision to be a “people helping people, find and follow Jesus”. Our theological roots are conservative, with a strong commitment to the authority of Scripture and the power of the Holy Spirit. We use contemporary methods and are dedicated to being fruitful (Galatians 5) and multiplying (Matthew 28) for the Kingdom of God.

Since welcoming our new lead pastor in 2020, our collective vision burns bright with a passion to extend the hope of Jesus to young families in their 30s and 40s. The canvas of our ministry potential is vast, awaiting the brushstrokes of a passionate, pioneering leader to join hands with our pastor and dedicated volunteer teams. Together, we believe in the grand design the Lord has woven for our church, where challenges are embraced as opportunities, and faith knows no bounds.
