Oak Street Baptist Church is a praying, going, and sending community, equipping of all ages through prayer and the ministry of the Word. Our vision, taken from Isaiah 61:1-3 and Luke 4:17-21, is to be a church of PROCLAMATION of the good news of Jesus Christ, RESTORATION of lives and hope, TRANSFORMATION from brokenness to wholeness, and CELEBRATION through Christ-honoring praise and worship. Sunday morning worship attendance averages 285 people with a blended worship style through modern worship songs, gospels, and even occasional hymns.
