Reality Church is a ten-year-old church plant nestled in the diverse suburbs of Lancaster County. Lancaster provides a great place to raise a family and has a strong school system.
We are a church that’s passionate about connecting unchurched people to Jesus. We want to help people make real connections, feel known, feel valued, and be equipped to enlarge the Kingdom. Authenticity and “no-pressure” spirituality are important to us. Because of that, we strive to create environments where people can engage and feel comfortable.
We are a church with a lot of vision because we care so much about introducing more people to Jesus and making disciples. We are focused on growth both numerically and in the depth of knowing God more. We aren’t afraid to take risks for the gospel.
The Bible is the foundation for what we believe and it should always lead us toward more love for God and others. We feel called to our community and want to be a church that would be missed if we weren’t here. Kids, youth and family life are a big deal to us.
Reality Church is growing and currently has 900 regular attenders with an average attendance of 600 people on a given Sunday.
Currently, our staff is composed of a Lead Pastor, Discipleship Pastor, Worship Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Communications and Marketing Director, and Children’s Director, along with other part-time staff.
