First Baptist Church of Morganton is a servant dedicated church of 500+ active local members and many more at a distance. Through a program of Christian education and
ministry the church provides a way to grow in faith and discipleship. First Baptist Church is dedicated to being servants of Christ by committing ourselves to Christian growth; following the example of our Lord; and being God’s people wherever we are. Mission work is an important aspect of the church’s work. First Baptist Church of Morganton is aligned with Cooperative Baptist Fellowship (CBF), CBF-NC and the NC Baptist State Convention.
