First Protestant was founded in 1845 by the orignal founders of New Braunfels, TX. We have our theological roots in the Evangelical & Reformed denomination, but today are members of the Evangelical Association of Congregational and Reformed Churches (EA). We are a multi-generational church with both a traditional liturgical service and a contemporary one to minister to all sorts! We are located right in the middle of downtown New Braunfels and seek be a center of our community for christian service, fellowship, biblical teaching, missions, and evangelism.
