Harvest Church (Harvest) is a member of the Western Conference of the Evangelical Church with a strong vision and track record for reaching the unchurched. In its 17 history, Harvest has become renowned for impact within the community and is a church known for living out its faith in tangible ways. It is a multi-year certified Best Christian Workplaces Institute (bcwinstitute.com) employer and an Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability® (ecfa.org) member. The average attendance across all campuses reaches just under 3,000, with the majority of the church having been previously unchurched. Harvest Church staff is managed by a Directional Leadership Team who reports to the Executive Pastor then to the Lead Pastor, ultimately governed by an 8 person Church Council of which the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor are part of. Harvest currently has five physical campuses plus an online campus. The main campus is housed in a unique and useful facility built on 29 acres in The Heights area of Billings, Montana. The current worship venue seats 640 in three weekend services (one on Saturday and two on Sunday) for a maximum capacity of 2,500 adults at the Heights Campus. An additional 2,060 seats are available at Harvest Campuses (Lockwood, MT, Plentywood, MT, Butte, MT, and Cody, WY) totaling a maximum church-wide attendance of 4,560 over 11 services at the five campuses. The entire campus venues carry a simple, inviting, and unique theme achieved through the clear vision casting of the staff. The church is currently engaged with Plain Joe Studios in a Master Planning Process to begin construction of a new Worship Center in the fall of 2018.
