Radiant Church is a growing Assemblies of God church of 4,000 (weekend attendance) located in the beautiful community of Suprise on the western side of Phoenix. We are currently looking for a full-time Audio Engineer with solid leadership skills. The primary responsibilites include:
-Run digital console for worship services and events in worship center
-Recruit and train sound volunteers to serve in various venues throughout the campus
-Resource and provide technical support to all worship venues
-Maintain all sound equipment
-Oversee set up and preparation for rehearsals and worship experiences
This position reports directly to the Worship Pastor. This person should be self-motivated, proficient in the field of sound engineering, have experience in the field (live sound), have experience with Pro Tools and related post production software, and possess good people skills.
