We are currently seeking a Family Life Pastor for our church of 150 on South Whidbey Island, Washington. This position has responsibility for the spiritual leadership, pastoral care, administrative oversight and organizational direction for children and
youth, birth through twelfth grade with a primary focus being middle and high school students. We are seeking an individual who will love children and families by building strong relationships and administrating quality programs. The successful candidate must
have a strong passion to see others come to Christ and disciple families. This individual will share in our mission to bring people to Jesus Christ, build them up in Christ-like character, equip them and send them out to demonstrate His love and forgiveness
in our community and beyond.
Our church family desires an energetic Pastor, confident in His call, with a passion for God’s Word. His leadership will be evident in his roles of servant and supporter, advocate and administrator. We desire authentic community with our pastors, and each
other, as we model the love of Christ to our community through ministries that declare the hope of Christ, create opportunities for spiritual decisions, and allow others to devote themselves to God’s will for their lives.
