Production Director

ABOUT US:

Fairhaven church is a growing multisite church of all age groups located in the southwest region of Ohio. We have a passion for living a journey of faith and telling the story of God’s redeeming love. Our worship is vibrant, our preaching is practical and our ministries help people to grow closer to Jesus. With three campuses and an average weekend attendance of 3,500, we are seeking to hire a full-time director to lead production at our Centerville Campus. This position will work with worship team to manage and produce the technology for all weekend services.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, coordinate and lead the production of weekend worship services
• Recruit and oversee volunteer teams to serve in technology arts
• Planning broad, long-term production technology implementation
• Manage the maintenance of all production technology

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Christian Maturity – a saving knowledge of and a growing relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ
• College degree or equivalent work, life or ministry experience

IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD:

• Have experience in large scale production environment
• Have a passion for the application of technology in a ministry environment
• Demonstrate a creative ability to generate ideas and solve problems and challenges that come with executing services in a multisite environment
• Show great resourcefulness and professionalism under pressure
